The villa is offering everything for permanently living + proper central heating system for the winter by heat pump system.

Outside, the private ground-floor terrace features an inviting Jacuzzi, creating the perfect setting for relaxation after a day by the sea. Please note that the jacuzzi is not included for long-term stays.
