A wooden staircase leads down to the lower level which is a comfortable bedroom with en suite bathroom .
This bedroom also has an authentic wooden ceiling and has its own independent entrance.
On the same floor is a second bedroom which also has its own entrance .

The house stands on a 1900 sq.m. plot which is fully fenced and contains many beautiful, mature trees.
The garden offers many private sitting areas overlooking the White Mountains.
On top of that, there is also a lovely stone courtyard with a traditional outdoor kitchen.
The house is very well built, has thermal insulation and is damp proofed.
The village of Armeni is just three minutes from the seaside town of Kalyves
